I travelled from Inverloch to Wheelers Hill thinking I needed a new control panel for our 15 year old air conditioning system. Peter from Smart Temp said , ‘yes I can sell you a new one but let’s have a look at the old one.’ Ten minutes later and a few minor adjustments and it was as good as new. They personally followed up, guided me through the diagnosis, and helped me identify the issue which was actually my mistake. They treated me with patience and professionalism, never making me feel rushed or embarrassed. Don’t bother with appliance stores. My SmartTemp 42-160 thermostat developed an issue with the display.
